THOMAS ARCIERI
Managing Partner and Founder
Tom Arcieri has worked in the financial services industry since January of 1988.
In April of 2000, Arcieri joined National Financial Partners (NFP’s) M&A team. With NFP, Arcieri originated, negotiated and assisted in acquiring over 125 firms, participating in over one billion dollars of consideration. Since 2016, Authentic has provided M&A consulting on an additional $600 million of consideration covering another 50 transactions.
Prior to NFP, Arcieri trained under legendary value investor Mario Gabelli and spent five years at Lehman Brothers in middle market Institutional Sales covering renowned Hedge Funds, mid-sized Investment Management firms as well as High Net Worth individuals.
In 2016, Tom left NFP and established Authentic Advisors to assist entrepreneurs in analyzing options and opportunities on possible combinations with growth minded firms.
