Authentic reviews with client the potential 8 to 10 suitors who would be compatible and those firms are contacted.

Authentic and client receive oral indications of interest and select three to four suitors for face-to-face meetings.

Authentic receives Letters of Intent and one party is selected after negotiating non-binding terms.
(Two to three weeks)
Suitor requests additional detailed financial information and starts due diligence and the initial preparation of legal documents.
(Two to three weeks)
Suitor and client engage in legal negotiations toward the completion of a transaction including requisite legal client communication.
(Two to three weeks)

two entities buying into one another in a spirit of partnership,
