OUR PROCESS
Advisory Services Agreement
Client and Authentic enter into an Advisory Services Agreement delineating responsibilities and costs to the entrepreneur.
Authentic compiles a comprehensive report on the business: economics, demographics, financials (proforma adjustments) and a historic narrative of the firm.

Potential Suitors
Authentic reviews with client the potential 8 to 10 suitors who would be compatible and those firms are contacted.
(Two to three weeks)
Authentic and client receive oral indications of interest and select three to four suitors for face-to-face meetings.
(Two to three weeks)
Letters of Intent
Authentic receives Letters of Intent and one party is selected after negotiating non-binding terms.
(Two to three weeks)
Due Diligence
Suitor requests additional detailed financial information and starts due diligence and the initial preparation of legal documents.
(Two to three weeks)
Legal Negotiations
Suitor and client engage in legal negotiations toward the completion of a transaction including requisite legal client communication.
(Two to three weeks)
